Second, taking those items in the inbox and assigning them to the appropriate project, along with a due date (if needed) and priority. Obviously some of that is influenced by the features offered by the app, but a lot of it is just committing to a routine.įirst, getting any tasks that pop into my head into my app's "inbox." Basically, a brain dump. One thing I've realized is that which app you use matters a lot less than the process/routine you develop around using that app. ![]() I've tried A LOT of task managers over the years (I have fun just testing them out).
